Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

• The return and exchange window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items on sale with a discount of 50% or more will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Products purchased using coupon codes or gift cards will not be eligible for returns.
• For prepaid orders, we offer a refund to the original mode of payment or store credit.
• For COD orders, refunds will only be processed only through store credit.
• A convenience fee of INR 150 will be charged for refunds made to source accounts.
• No convenience fee will be charged if user opts for store credit.
• The onus is on the consumer ensure that the product is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.
• Refunds against returns are processed after the product is received and approved by our warehouse team. It normally takes 5 - 10 days for us to process to process the refund.
• Exchanges order may take anywhere between 7 - 12 days depending on the destination pincode.

Reverse shipping process:

• Reverse pick up: We will schedule a reverse pick-up facility if destination pincode fall under the service network of our courier partners.
• Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will be required to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our warehouse. The courier charges for the same will be reimbursed by us (up to 100 INR)
